Currently CEO of RuggedEdge AI, he has led global business units at Honeywell and served as president of a NASDAQ-listed public company. Vincent's career spans five countries, multiple start-up ventures, and more than two decades in executive training.
Jeff Pon
Jeff Pon has over 15 years of experience in the telecom industry, focusing on ruggedized mobile communications. He has held a variety of cross-functional leadership roles, including SVP Sales, SVP Product, and COO, giving him a unique perspective on driving operational efficiencies and results across an entire organization.
John Burns
A well-known Silicon Valley technology executive, John is currently Chairman of several companies, including Advocord, Illuminote, Shodogg, and RuggedEdge. He has previously served as Chairman of the Board for OnwardMobility, RealWear, Sonim Technologies, and other early-stage technology-focused businesses.
Daryl Roy
Daryl Roy is a US Army Veteran who spent over a decade in Petro-Chemical and Nuclear Operations before founding a company that built technology solutions for the world's largest organizations and the Department of Defense. He studied Business at Nicholls State and the University of Alabama and earned a Master's Certification in User-Centered Design at Cornell. His mission is to use cutting-edge technology to ensure workers and warfighters make it home safely.
Kosar Jaff
Kosar Akram Jaff is a veteran technology leader with over 35 years of experience scaling engineering organizations at Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Shopify, and Intel. A founding engineer of the USB specification with 15 patents, his expertise spans the full stack from hardware and operating systems to Big Data and Large Language Models. He is fluent in five languages and holds an MBA and BSc.
Brian Frederick
Brian is the former president of DCP Midstream. Over a 30-year career in energy, he has broad executive experience across Operations, Technical, Finance, Commercial, Trading/Risk Management, and corporate development. He holds a BS in Finance from Trinity University and an MBA from TCU, and is a graduate of Harvard's Advanced Management Program.

He runs the world's largest Oil and Gas podcast network, with over 2.7 million listeners, and is widely regarded as an industry insider and independent researcher. He is a sought-after public speaker and author and sits on several oil & gas boards.
David Ruby
A global serial entrepreneur, David has been involved in technology endeavors from IBM mainframe-compatible businesses and early pioneering network companies to HD video conferencing, school safety, global search and rescue, and RealWear's head-mounted hands-free computing devices. His roles span sales leadership, CEO stewardship, advisory boards, and early-stage investment. He is currently based in Europe and Africa.

Rama Oruganti is a seasoned technology leader known for driving product innovation and business growth. As Chief Product Officer at RealWear, he spearheaded XR wearables and cloud solutions. At HP Inc., he led development and market expansion for 3D printing and scanning technologies, consistently delivering revenue through innovative business models.
