What part will you play?
- Grow top-line revenue through sales leadership and management, leading a distributed sales force of technical and sales members. Reports to the CEO.
- Develop short- and long-term market forecasts through market analysis, and manage and drive regional accountability.
- Create an exceptional sales strategy and strategic account-planning initiatives to penetrate the market and exceed sales goals.
- Maintain strong reporting and accountability against numbers; create, implement, and leverage tools for sales and operational training.
- Prepare and execute tactical sales plans for current and new opportunities, and develop partner programs leveraged across the channel.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to bring key market insight to the table.
- Own overall performance and people management of a diverse team across several time zones.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Successful sales and quota-attainment track record selling technology solutions to multinational customers.
- Minimum 3 years leading individual contributors and developing teams to new levels with year-over-year growth.
- Experience across hardware, software solutions, and services.
- Minimum 6 years working and communicating effectively in technical and commercial environments.
- Process-oriented, with experience drafting and communicating sales plans that drive business and motivate teams, and leading sales operations functions.
