Vice President of Sales

We are building a high-performance sales team and looking for a strong leader to drive the team forward. We need game changers like you, to bring a unique solution in industrial IOT to market.

What part will you play?
  • Responsible for growing top-line revenue through sales leadership and management. This person will manage a distributed sales force that includes technical sales and sales members. Reports to the CEO.
  • Develop short- and long-term market forecasts through market analysis and interpretation of data. Manage and drive regional accountability.
  • Create an exceptional sales strategy and develop strategic account planning initiatives to penetrate the market and achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Maintain strong reporting and accountability against numbers, driving to exceed quotas. Help create, implement, and leverage current tools for sales and operational training to enhance the team’s efficiency and success.
  • Prepare and execute tactical sales plans for current and new opportunities with all products. Drive execution of the sales processes and work with other sales leaders to develop partner programs that can be leveraged across the channel as appropriate.
  • Interact closely and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to bring key market insight to the table.
  • Responsible for overall performance and people management of a diverse team through several time zones.
What you need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Successful sales and quota attainment track record, based on technology solutions to multi-national customers.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading individual contributors; developing teams and business to new levels with demonstrated year-over-year growth trends.
  • Experience across hardware, software solutions and services.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience working and communicating effectively in technical and commercial environments.
  • Process oriented with strong experience drafting and communicating sales plans that effectively drive business and motivate sales teams, coupled with expertise effectively leading and developing sales operations functions.
