Brian is the former president of DCP Midstream. Over a 30-year career in the energy industry, Brian has broad executive experience in Operations, Technical, Finance, Commercial, Trading/Risk Management, and corporate development roles. Brian was also a sponsor and leader in the application of operations technology and digital solutions across the enterprise.  Brian received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Trinity University and an MBA from Texas Christian University. Brian is also a graduate of Harvard’s Advanced Management Program.

Chris is CEO of Supply Lock,  an enterprise software company in the industrial supply chain sector.  He was previously Chief Strategy Officer and SVP of Channel at Parsable, the leading connected worker software company. Prior to Parsable, Chris held numerous management positions in product, marketing, and sales in Honeywell’s $ 10 billion Safety and Productivity Solutions division.  Prior to Honeywell, he led sales, product, and marketing at various Silicon Valley venture-backed companies in the software and mobility space. He co-founded enterprise software company Traverse Networks, which was acquired by Avaya. He was also a senior executive at eVoice, which was acquired by Time Warner AOL. He also worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Co and an investment banker on Wall Street. Chris holds an MBA in Finance from Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics from Yale University.

An expert in organizational design, Neal has been a successful startup founder and advisor, a consultant to several large organizations and governmental entities, and a business school professor. He is currently a founder in three, early-stage startups and sits on several nonprofit and startup advisory boards.

25+ years of industrial, oil and gas experience, including 10 years deploying technology solutions for Air Liquide and 15+ years engaged in business development and sales of solutions designed to accelerate and improve valuable work processes.  Sales leadership experience, including lead design and deployment of sales process for growing business of an industrial distributor.  Based in Houston with an Electrical Engineering degree from Rice University and Certification in Energy Management from The Association of Energy Engineers.
